what outdoor skates would you recommend, best bang for your buck under $300 preferably … I have a pair of hockey skates and was thinking of getting these wheels to be able to skate right outside my house on the street - would that be okay or do you recommend other wheels for that?! great video, thanks.

Best outdoor skates in my opinion are FR Skates they range from $150-$350

Thanks for this post. I just recently bought these wheels for my Bauer Vapors. One key thing I noticed is that these wheels spin a lot slower than the (indoor) wheels that originally came with my skates. Is this normal? Thanks in advance and looking forward to hearing back!

That's probably gonna be a bearing issue. Sometimes if you're rough when pressing them out and back in you can damage them and they won't spin as well.

I just got the Bauer 2xr Pro skates and they come with Labeda Addiction wheels, will I be okay to use those outside on smooth sidewalks/roads on my college campus? Is the outside hard enough to withstand this or should I get dedicated outdoor wheels? I am 240 by the way so I am putting more force on them than others.

I wouldn't risk it man i would recommend getting an outdoor wheel as uf you used your addictions outside it would only ruin the wheel

I have Bauers also, but the wheels need to be replaced. The ones on there now are 76mm 82a. Can you recommend a site to grab these wheels you are reviewing. Please! Thanks

what is your set up? hi Low or Small at the front and back and big 2 in the middle?

I have a high low set up 2 76mm at the front and 2 80mm at the back 👍

Great Video! I just bought some Bauer vapor x2.9. Can I use the same bearings that i got in my stock wheels with the Labeda Asphalt wheels?

So what wheel do you recommend for really rough asphalt… I mean really rough I live in New York

I would recommend a wheel thats 86a and above such as an undercover wheel they are usually really good wheels for rough asphalt and come in size between 60mm,76mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm and 125mm wheel sizes depending on what size frames you have

@@SideZwipe undercover wheels are overpriced and lately full of bubbles and wobbly core. The quality sucks in recent years

So, they're good for basketball courts but not for the kind of asphalt we have in the UK? Be nice if someone could make wheels for that. We have the worst street surfaces for skating.

Sadly that is true for the asphalt but their are some amazing skate wheels for Street skating, their's the powerslide hydrogen and the seba Street Invaders which I currently use and have done a review on if you want to check it out on my channel

@@SideZwipe Yeah, I love the 125 hydrogens on the Rollerblade Maxxum Edges. They're about the smoothest ride I've had so far on in-lines.

No as they are made for Street hockey also the wheels aren't small enough for aggressive skating

These are too soft, they would core/chunk with landings depending on you’re weight, the size is ideal for powerblading/free skate/rec but for true aggressive skating I’d stick to 58/60mm sized wheels.
