Today I'm sharing my favourite lactation smoothie recipe that I have almost every day. As a new mom, with limited time to make myself food this smoothie also acts as a filling & healthy meal replacement!
I have been breastfeeding exclusively for 10 months and I truly think these ingredients have contributed to our successful breastfeeding journey. The supply boosting ingredients are: coconut milk, oats, ground flax seed, and brewers yeast.
