Does the Starbucks Pink Drink Increase Supply?
Today I'm sharing my favourite lactation smoothie recipe that I have almost every day. As a new mom, with limited time to make myself food this smoothie also acts as a filling & healthy meal replacement!
I have been breastfeeding exclusively for 10 months and I truly think these ingredients have contributed to our successful breastfeeding journey. The supply boosting ingredients are: coconut milk, oats, ground flax seed, and brewers yeast.

You had me at chocolate PB banana! 🤤 😂 I made lactation cookies last time, but never thought to do smoothies! I have a ton of brewers yeast left over still, too! I got soooo tired of eating oatmeal for breakfast every day for months on end... so this is brilliant, and I will definitely be trying this after baby #2 arrives in a few weeks! Thanks so much! 🥰👏🏻

This look very good. I'm try this. I have tried the mother milk tea and the drink that didn't seem to help. Now I'm eating oakmeal with lactation cookies everyday and it slowly help. Now I'm try the smoothie. Hopefully it work. I was producing so much milk than I went back to work and it had cut down alot. Really make me sad because I don't want to put her on formula. I really hope this next step will work for me.

just made it with out the brewers yeast because i couldnt find it at the store but it taste pretty damn good , take it from a person who doesn't really like chocolate that much!

I get lazy and usually opt for a smoothie to fix most issues. Currently increasing my iron. Im pregnant with twins and plan on BFing or pumping. So seeing how you used most things in powdered form and can prep in advance so that I can toss and blend is a winner for me. Book marking this for sure.

I can't wait for my brewers yeast to come from Amazon today. I gonna try this. Been breastfeeding for 11 months now. I have been struggling with a decrease the entire journey. I have tried everything. If the works for me I'm gonna scream. I have just been breastfeeding no supplements. WHEW CHILE🤣🤣

This recipe put me in overdrive and I had a oversupply! Thank you!! I added a chocolate chip granola bar when I would run out of regular oats and the taste is phenomenal ☺️ I’ll be using it again with this coming baby also

Thanks for sharing! I am EP mom and recently noticed dip in supply. For the first 6 weeks I have had lactation cookies as a mean to help maintain/boost supply but which new mama has the time to make cookies lol. I will definitely try the smoothies since I already have all the key ingredients: oats, brewers yeast, flaxseed meal.

I use mamicon syrup for increase breast milk. When I start mamicon syrup within 4 _5 days quantity of milk increases. I have completed the course of 2 months. This Ayurvedic medicine is available on Amazon.in and merricart.in contact 9767955885

Thank you for this recipe! I love it, I didn’t have brewers yeast so I added sun flower seeds instead since those help increase supply as well! I will definitely let you know how it works out for me 🙂

I was having supply issues and "Healthy Nursing Tea" helped with my supply! It comes with different flavors and I like the vanilla flavor!!

Sylvia Ekaeteh ripe avocado works well. Make sure it’s ripe and soft so it blends well. Avocados have a more neutral flavor so they’re not as overpowering in their taste.

I have been struggling this month. My baby is two months old and at first I was pumping a lot but idk why it just stopped. I feel like because I have been eating a lot of junk food . So I’m going to try this and change my diet

Iris Rendon hey Iris! Pumping is hard work! I would advise to watch some videos and read some blogs specific to pumping because you’ll get some tips that you would have never even thought of! You got this mama!! I hope you like the smoothie!

I also suggest that you could avoid stress triggerlers. Breastfeeding need calmed mind. Tryout. Thank me later.

@@clemenceonline7996Yeah stress definitely slows down milk production. But it's hard to not stress when you have a job that is stressful...I went back to work in April of this year after having my baby boy and I've been stressed out...I already wasn't making a lot of milk, but now I make even less...ugh ..

Yes, you could skip it - it is not a milk boosting ingredient

The milk boosting ingredients are flax seed, brewers yeast and the coconut milk. You can make a different smoothie and just add those.

You could try another grain like quinoa but oats are one of the ingredients that are great for milk production.

The peanut is just for the chocolate peanut butter flavor, peanuts aren’t milk boosting - you could just omit them 🙂
