At the end of the pound scene when Bill is coming to get Lady, look at the hole just before Dachsie covers it up. There's a light at the end of the tunnel. He really did tunnel them out!

well no wonder Lady is literally pissed at him later on: she was in the pound BECAUSE OF HIM, gotto know the truth ABOUT HIM and later on he acted a if nothing's happened....back then he acted like a real royal jerk

Apparently he knocked her up before this scene too which is supposedly one of the reasons why she was so upset.

@@svscared Yep, it's the reason Trusty and Jock didn't just invite her to live in one of their homes, they went to propose marriage to her that night. It completely went over my head as a kid.

Hearing the truth about Tramp, literally put Lady in shock. Tramp was kinda a playdog back then, breaking new hearts everyday like with Lulu and Trixie. Get it playdog? It’s like playboy but playdog cause of Tramp meeting a lot of girls and breaking their hearts.
