Haha thanks. I try my best to add in fun little things when I can. I use wondershare to edit. You do have to pay for it but it worth it imo.

I'm looking at getting a new MacBook. That's cool that you're going to school online. I did grad school online and loved it because of the convenience. That's also neat that you're going to school for digital filmmaking! 💜

This Mac book is awesome but I am not the biggest apple fan. Apple is great for content creation imo. It's definitely nice being able to attend class online.

Are you able to take the courses at your own pace? Or is it super fast paced? Also, can you deny receiving all this equipment? (I already have my own personal equipment and don’t feel i need to spend extra money on more gear if I don’t have to)

Yes and no. You have a new class every month in which assignments have due dates. But you can do an assignment that is due at the end of the month at the beginning. Work at your own pace as long as assignments are turned in on time. You don't have to attend live classes if you don't want to. As for the tech kits, I don't think you can decline it bc it is part of your tuition. Plus the classes are specially for the gear you get. BUT you can use your apple products and maybe sell the stuff the school gives you.

To caveat off of @Galford Fam's comment, you can't deny the techkit. But you can use it for your tuition and sell it after you graduate as more students are want to do. This is what most students do as they use the funds they make to buy better equipment. And yes, everyone gets the MacBook. The Techkits are unique to each program.

hey....i'm sid.....a 19 year old guy from india.....i'm planning for my master's of music production in la film school after my graduation from here....but i want to do an online course of my field from lafs before going to US for my master's....now the thing is that i'm very confused about lafs's level of studying+ it's job opportunities after course completion....moreover i didn't even know how can i do a online course of music production....what are their criteria for international students and so on........i saw your video.....and as you know....currently you are studying online from lafs.......so with a gentle and humble request...please help me out from this situation.....i genuinely need your help.....you are the only hope for me right now buddy.....please :)

Several graduates get jobs in the field they are in school for while they are still attending college. You'll will graduate with a bachelor's in your field. You'll be shown how to apply for jobs towards the last few months of school. As for criteria, I believe there's nothing special for overseas students. When it comes to receiving your tech kit, you'll have to make sure to select the international option.

You'll have to send an application which is either $50 or $75 USD. My degree program is $70k USD. But yours maybe be less because you'll receive less gear. The gear is included in the tuition cost. You are able to apply for grants and scholarships. Google their contact information and give them a call. They'll walk you through everything.

Hello, I'm set to receive my tech kit for digital filmmaking on the 22nd but I wasn't aware that I may possibly be getting an iPad as well as the macbook.....this means I should be getting an iPad as well right? I'm so impatient...lol

I was so impatient as well. I watched all the KZfaq videos I could. Haha. If you are in digital filmmaking you'll get everything that was in this video plus an email to download all the software you'll need. So, yes you will be receiving both the iPad, and macbook. Super excited for you!!

I honestly do not remember much about Behavioral Science. So far all my classes have been going good. They have been pretty easy so far. I am excited for you!

In the first few months no. I'm on month 3 and I've only had to do "vlogs". But I'll definitely have to make some short films.

If you were previously military, you should have already received 3 payments. If you had grants, FASFA, etc I am not sure how that works.

It is basically learning how to make a movie. We learn lighting, story telling, editing, and so much more.

I believe it's 70k for the three-year program. All the tech kits are included in that tuition. You would have a Bachelors in the science of filmmaking when you graduate.

Gosh it’s a 3 year program? Hmmmm not bad and I like how everything is included. I just contacted them I’m waiting for a call back.

Yes, it's 3 years because we don't take long breaks. For summer breaks it's only a week off.
