Over the past several months, millions of Americans have been laid off as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and resulting economic downturn. Shockingly, many of those Americans are potentially subject to a non-compete agreement.
Countless companies are cutting wages, furloughing employees, or laying off workers--- but at the same time, demanding that these folks abide by various non-compete restrictions.
Florida competition lawyer Jonathan Pollard provides an extensive discussion about America's non-compete crisis and options/strategies for those currently being impacted.

Two years in the future your information is so much more valuable. Live in a hot hub for NCA and Restrictive Covenants. Our problem is the court systems here acknowledges them and will enforce them. Thank you for you service.

My non-compete is 5 years mationwide in a career I have worked 15 years. Court date is 1/4/24

I was laid off . The person is attempting to enforce a non compete almost 2 years later.

Came across your videos, thank you for all the information provided here. I am a registered nurse working in the medical spa industry as an injector. My previous company is a big, big corporation, they own over 200 medical spas across the USA and Canada, I received a letter from them and I am scared to death, I even resigned my current job already. They furlough me back in March, I cannot believe they are coming after me after almost ten months 😞

Live in Ohio , started my own company (plumbing ) and got caught up in a non compete and this video couldn’t have been more helpful ! Wish you were in Ohio I would hire you yesterday ! Awesome stuff !

Hello . I known I'm not the brightest bulb that's trying to just get by but I think some thing is really hard to say about it that is about me but you are right about how serten companys I will not say but if you justify lower income fokes ... Maybe interested in things . That being sad thanks for your advice .I have never received a penny from NON O F W H a T is suggested on my behalf .If you have some special advice for me .R.Bobo.
