1. Smile, take deep breath, and immerse yourself in the transcendental sounds.
2. Now, realize this truth: "You are not your mind. You are not those emotions you feel. You are not those thoughts that appear in your mind. You are not those desires that come and go so quickly. YOU ARE SPIRIT SOUL. You as a spirit soul are very beautiful. You are made of love, pure spiritual love. That love is your essence, your nature, your eternal right!"
3. Reach within the depths of your heart, find that desire to be reunited in love. Hold onto that desire; it is a spiritual longing of every soul.
4. Invite the Maha Mantra into your heart, and let it fulfill that desire.
