If you're on campus and you feel like you just need to take a break, de-stress a little bit, Lakeland has two indoor wellness zones for you to use, one in the A-Building hallway and another in the Lakeland Library. The wellness zones have comfortable chairs and beanbags. All sorts of arts activities are designed intentionally to help with stress relief and meditation spaces. Stop by anytime the library's open and the counseling and advising center is open.
