I played this everyday for my mom while she was in the hospital with covid. She made her journey 12/16/21. Thanks for your beautiful voices and giving me strength. 🖤

Power in these songs to help keep our lost relatives safe on their journey to the next place , the sand hills is where my ancestors spirits live after death . With rivers full of clear water and fields filled with grass and buffalo my people will never suffer like they did here on this earth

Can you write the words and translation down please? I was born n raised in Minneapolis n my grandma never taught her kids to speak Lakota. So we never got to learn but I teach my kids whatever I can

Thank you so much. I am so humbled and greatful. I have been struggling with such heavy spirit wounded heart, clouded images, loud firing thoughts and a weary soul. I recently discovered the Lakota language and music/ song. I instantly felt connected and was overvome with such a sense of love acceptance peace and belonging.
