This Easter special Lamb Wellington is so easy to make and can be served with side vegetables or side salad
Ingredients
500grm Lion of Lamb
250grm Spinnach
200grm Chestnut Mushrooms
1 Tbls Oil & Knob of Butter
6-8 Slices of Pancetta
1 Ready to Roll Puff Pastry Sheet
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Rosemary
1 & Half Tsp Mustard
Half Tsp Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 Tbls Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
Salt to taste
