Yes! My home trails! Just left there a couple hours ago 🤘 once you get better at those doubles, come check out Spankys flying circus! It's about 10 minutes away from Alafia! That place will blow your mind!! Small, but oh so epic!

I got my first "real" mountain bike back in 1995 in Miami, FL. Favorite trails were at Markham Park. It would be cool to go back and see how they have evolved for sure.

I started riding around the same time as Maya at Alafia. She's significantly better than I am though. I moved to Colorado a year ago and I miss this park so much it's crazy.

I'm so glad alafia is getting on the spot light. I've been riding there for 3 years. Lots of potential in that place. It's only getting better. There's another fun spot is called one way ticket and rabbit ears. Those trails are my favorite when they're prime.

Florida park looks fun. I'm in Washington State, we have parks, but not as many as you'd think. Seems like I only get to the parks during the summer. Our Winters used to be kind of mild and rainy, but they've been getting cold and snowy the last few years. It sucks for riding. Florida looks good. 👍🏼

Grew up riding in Florida before Alafia opened. We rode mostly carter road and balm boyette. Caught alafia when it first opened before I moved. I just went back and road it a couple months ago. That place is a lot of fun

@@BIKINGWITHBOBO I can see that! I remember going out with SWAMP Club to help work on the trails and as I watched your video it was really great to see how some of the sections have been updated. I need to also credit SWAMP club with giving me my first bike when I was too poor to buy a real bike...they couldn't have known it then...but it changed my life and MTB is one of the primary reasons I chose to come back to CO after getting out of the military.

I miss Alafia, such a great place. I'm 5 hours further southeast. Kanuga was such an awesome place to ride as well. I was able to ride them both last year. Bobo you are blessed to have this job. Don't fuck it up!

We can all probably learn a thing or two from studying Maya. She's super relaxed and confident when she rides. This is key, but so many of us struggle with nervousness that translates into stiffness.

I put a Smashpot coil in the Fox 38 on my Decoy, have it set to 180mm. The bike is an enduro monster now and I love it.

Don't overlook the other great trails in the Tampa area. From Santos in Ocala, Croom in Brooksville, Loyce Harpe Park aka Carter in Lakeland, Balm Boyette in Wimauma to highlight a few.

One thing that can help against dead sailors is relaxing your arms griping with your ring finger and pinky while using your legs to pump the lip istead of your shoulders
