In this video, I decided to show another simple recipe for sourdough bread.
In fact, it is simple only at first glance, because the recipe is based on knowledge of the behavior of the dough, the characteristics of the development of gluten and the ability to manage the fermentation processes and the development of the rheology of the dough.
Feel free to experiment if you already have a proven flour, the quality of which you have no doubt about.
The recipe is perfect for you if you have a large family, little time to bake sourdough bread, but the principles of healthy eating are not alien to you!
For "lazy" sourdough bread, we need:
230 gr. wheat flour of the highest grade
230 gr. whole wheat flour
80 gr. wheat sourdough 100% moisture
360 gr. ice water
7 gr. salt
