Hey Guys, DVF Automotive for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Lancia Ypsilon with the 1.2 petrol engine with 60bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
This car is very good, compact outside but spacious inside, a perfect everyday cheap city car.

Great italian car... Mine was 1.2 8v cosmopolitan....leather inside a/c fog lights ... Realy great car for every day use and very fast on motorway even when is raining very stable car.... Sorry for bad english .... Greetings from serbia

@@sigmawolf7104 brate deluje kao kanta ali je odlican auto ako nadjes ocuvan naravno ja sam imao srecu uzivao sam par godina dok dete nije poraslo dok auto jednostavno nije postao mali... Stabilan na kisi i snegu... Jeftin za odrzavanje... Imao sam ful opremu sa kozom...

@@bibox9487 I acutally don't like the exterior of the Y. When the Ypsilon came out I started to get interested in it. But the new ones don't even come close to the variety of interior and exterior colour combinations. @@bibox9487 Honestly. I work at a dealership. I'm not into fast cars and neither high quality interiors. But I want a modern interior and overall a rare car, also liked a Subaru Impreza but it's even harder to find the right model and this way I don't damage the enviroment as much as with a bigger car. Sure the electronic is not the best but the rest is pretty solid, so why not.

@@chriskonte1909 it's funny what you said, you had to decide whether to take an impreza and a ypslon lancia. These 2 models have nothing in common. they are one opposite of the other

My colleague had one,he took me to work a lot. Good old times. It is practical in the city,but also sufficent in industrial areas and on the highway.

We never got these in the UK. Lancia withdrew from the market here in about 1994. Such a shame.

yes, due to the heavy rains that fell in the UK, the bodywork of the launch wore out too quickly

You know you are in an italian city car when there is a waterfall in your windows. Anyway, you should never use the 4 or 5 speed when is so wet while you are cornering... 5:33 FULL POWER, great shift too! One of the best sound anyway

Need new exhaust i gues , at least parts are cheap like in Punto ;] And it sounds good to tell friends that you have a Lancia...until they'l see it . Good cheap car .

Did you turn off the A/C? Or did you turn it off because of the engine sound recording? There's moisture on the windshield. It'll be dangerous to drive.
