Rushing through rest of the body panels in this video as there was a lot to cover, so not everything is fully covered.
Wings/Fenders, bonnet, roof, sides + smaller items gets ready for final paint job.

If you just joined, then what you see in the video is a Land Rover 109" from 1975 that I'm currently restoring to somewhat decent condition.
Follow for more updates as I progress with this project.
Next time Paint and start of reassembly !
** I may need to mention, I'm no mechanic, so anything you see in this video, may not be the correct way to do this. This is meant as a timelapse/build vlog instead of as a repair guide. Also there may be things I skip on camera :) **

Tell me about it, I test fitted 1 window, which took several sessions over 3 days to get right :')

@@CMFotoPeak I gave up and got a friend to do mine in the end (after marring the side panels a dozen times!) - The small ones at the back are easy... a bit of soapy water does the trick 👍

can you provide some more info on what gear you use to weld aluminium? That's the only thing I can't fix on my land rover right now

Hi, the welder was something I borrowed that could do aluminum (Sigma Galaxy 400). It did an ok job, but definitely hard to do right on thin sheets. Unfortunately I don't remember what settings was used. I tried welding aluminium with TIC but that was not a success either.
