Awesome video but how does the rear tail lights work? You didn’t show where they plug into

Hi Chris The rear bar kit comes with a plug and play wiring loom that plugs into the vehicles wiring loom and then connects to the rear bar combination lights. It also provides connections for your trailer plug and the relocated number plate light.

Great vid, one question, the rear camera is that affected by the carriers or rear wheel location. It does seem to have the camera field of vision compromised. Again great content.

The Camera relocation to the centre of the bar isn't affected but the location of the carriers at all and you will have clear vision with it, but it is different to the original camera location.

Really love the kaymar rear bumper, but really hate the rims and tyres combo. It's not really about the size though I'll prefer the 3 inch lift with 35s. Stock rims are as ugly as the vehicle and i would definitely put on aftermarket rims. Steel rims would definitely looks better than the ones in this very car

How much can effective the towing capacity after installing this kit ?

Hi There, the towing capacity of the 300 series is unchanged and the towing capacity is the existing capacity of the LC300

There are far to many component pieces. Having to shim parts to get then to line up is not a good idea. The thing is bound to move around once you hit corrugations. I have one of these & at 7.5K installed by ARB they aint cheap. Mine has already moved a bit on the wheel carrier side with minimal off road use. They look a lot nicer than the Raslarr bars but I'd reckon the Raslarr ones are more solid.

Hi Brian, yes the wheel carrier can be located on either side.

The reverse camera is relocated to the centre point of the bar.

Those nuts would surely come loose after a few hundred kilometers...Why weren't nylocks used?

Are you sure about that? My understanding is that after a certain size and torque, the nuts shouldnt ever be able to come loose through vibration anyway, Toyota dont use nylock nuts for their m10 + sized towbars or bullbar bolts either

The video is great but I'm less than 10 minutes in and I've found 3 mistakes or differences between the video instructions and the supplied instructions. 1: you say to use a 150mm m12 when it should actually be the 140mm m12 as per the instruction book. 2. You dont mention the installation of crush tubes on these aforementioned bolts, the instructions say to put a crush tube. 3. You say to use 3x m12's and 1x m8, this last bolt is actually an m10. These mistakes or differences are all during the installation of the chassis brackets
