The problem that was mentioned with the top of the movement being with little resistance can be fixed if resistance bands are used. I would loop a band around the fat part of the bar and step on the band with your foot to anchor it. Most exercises where there is a resting spot can be fixed with a band. As the band stretches the resistance increases so you really get constant tension.

The movement gets lighter as you go up but if you change the pivot point of the landmine and raise it just below shoulder height the weight stays the same throughout the entire range. Great exercise for those with delicate shoulders.

If the landmine was at your side (not in front as shown in the video) would the press be more beneficial for the side delt and safe for the shoulder as well? Im talking about the landmine angle press

Chris Galanis that would not be a very stable position for your shoulders, your rotator cuffs would be pissed.
