Question? When plugging the mechanical timer in, then plugging the black plug into the timer do you leave the switch off and it will automatically turn on with the timer, or keep the switch on?

If you have multiple fixtures going into the same tap, do you twist those wires together then put them into the tap or put them in separately without twisting together?

My LED lights around the house ( 26 ) all appear to be too bright. Can the brightness somehow be reduced to dim them about 20%> Thanks

If you want them that low, either put in a much lower watt bulb. So if you have a 4.5 watts, get a 3 watt or less. Or use a dimmer like in your other comment. amzn.to/3KMyaVk

On my 600watts vista transformer doesn’t have that wire or connection were i can see it on the 300watts transformer on your video Instead of that connection have circut 1 and circuit 2

How many ft should you start using the 13w 14w and 15w and 12w is good up to how many ft?

Great question. If you ran lights from a transformer in the front of your house to the back, I'd use 13v. If the bulbs are dim, that's another sign to move the wire up from 12v.

How you do conect the fhotocell on 600 watts vista transformer?

That is tricky. I think I remember how to do it. So you should have a red wire "looped" connected at the bottom right. Take that out and put the photocell in the there plus black terminal....I think. I would call Vista and have them tell you. If you can, let me know how it works. I deal with this once in a blue moon, but it might help someone else.

Thanks for your question. I need to do some research to learn more about this. In my minimal experience with this, it seams wires somewhere along the system are touching, but its not enough heat to trip the transformer. If you have an older system it could be melted wires in the fixtures (especially if you had halogen system before). If you find out what it is, let me know so I can better help the next person with this same question.

I did not think it mattered with Led which wire went in com vs 12 v

It doesn't. I just came up with a system to help people know how to stay organized and not wire up two wires in the same tap. Thanks!
