We had the same thing happen to our Case track skid steer, the tension spring that pushes the front roller out when you grease it broke and was bound up inside wouldn't let it come back perhaps this is the issue.

You should look at the doors on my service truck sometime we built new ones they want ridiculous money for factory doors we made heavier ok nes for fraction of what Monroe wanted
