These cookies are very cute and they taste amazing too. I love having them with a cup of tea in the afternoons.
Now, there is a price to pay when making these cute cookies as you need to roll the cookies as soon as it comes out of the oven or else the cookies won't be soft enough to roll, and yes, my fingers were burning - But trust me, they are one of the best cookies ever!
If you want to avoid burning your fingers, you can buy some heat proof gloves and use them when rolling.

Measurements are in weight and volume:
All-Purpose Flour - 70g or 8 tbsp
Almond Flour - 60g or 10 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 140g or 1 cup + 1 ½ tbsp
Egg Whites - 140g or 4
Melted Salted Butter - 100g or ¾ cup + 3 tbsp
Vanilla Extract - 6g or 1 ½ tsp
