About us:
We're Jack & Megan, and in late 2020 we sold our belongings and packed our lives into our 2005 Toyota Troop Carrier to travel Australia. Our original plan was to complete a full lap of Australia and return home to Perth to resume our 'normal' lives. We decided we wanted to document our lap for the future and began sharing weekly travel vlogs of our life on the road and fell in love vlogging, filmmaking and sharing our lives with you. We completed our first lap and couldn't imagine living any other way so we decided to continue travelling and calling the Troopy home. We have gone on some crazy adventures since then and it is all thanks to you tuning in to join us every week.

Hi just started following, the crocs can be noisy at night freshys won’t hurt you. I worked from west to east Daly Waters to Doomadgee over a long period of time many years ago interested to see the changes . Used to sit and watch the crocs in the McCarthur River at Borroloola, nice video take care cheers.

Another Great Video, So jelly but hey! (I should be out in the workshop working on the fridge slide but the nights have been cold & wet and it's been a long week already) So no cooking tonight. You two are so Kool , don't forget to pull into doomadgee bakery and retail shop , also try Gregory downs for a night then lawn hill gorge which will blow your minds away. Road is sealed from burketown to Gregory downs and to doomadgee, but 29 kms from doomadgee towards hell's gate and beyond , you will really see what tough rough unsealed roads are about ..lol have fun from a local and camper in this area

Your description of the bathrooms at the first campsite gave me flash backs to Ngepi Camp in the north of Namibia on the Okavango River. It has different bathrooms even a toilet in a tree called the kings throne, and a pool made of steel mesh suspended into the Croc 🐊 infested river. Never feel bad for treating yourselves, you deserve it. #loveosters👌

I must admit seeing how happy you both are makes me happy too and I can’t stop smiling I’m a road train driver I’ve seen a lot of this country through a windscreen I hope one day I can enjoy it in a different way 😂🤓

Awesome video! Keen to see you guys hit the NT. Croc jumping tour will be a must-see at least once, it's a wicked afternoon. Also a perfect time to hit Litchfield and a few rock holes if you go through that way as well. Enjoy !

1) Karumba has changed for the better over the years. It once was a complete shit-hole. Eating a seafood platter off the deck at the beach must surely remain a great memory for you both. Your oyster eating exploits make me laugh - Oysters are a natural and normal food to eat. Most of the time you harvest them yourself for free. 2) The real tree of knowledge is of course in Barcaldine central Queensland. It's history is well worth learning. 3) You better have done the upper gorge and The stack. Also the petroglyphs and lower gorge. I'm scoring you now.....
