Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this new Costco haul and food prep! Yes I DID IT! I prepped some food this time which I feel like I haven't done in a Costco haul in a while, but it was a little different. I have been cleaning. the pantry or fridge after hauls lately, but today I wanted to prep some food, it turned into watching me prep what I made for dinner the subsequent nights after the haul but I feel like that is pretty good too! Hope you enjoy the food prep and the large Costco haul! I have some. new things that I'm sharing from Costco too!

Every Christmas my mom made rum balls. My grandmother would tell my grandfather to stop eating them. She was always afraid of him getting drunk. Each time he had them tried to tell her the alcohol has evaporated, it was just the flavor. I really miss those days so much after they have passed. It was fun every year though. Thanks for making us remember the past when we were little.

Kim, I think Natalie summarized my feelings so well in her last video. She said she could watch you talk about paint drying and be entertained the whole time. Lol. Yes! Please, share whatever videos- I’ll be there. I might be late to the party but I come to every one. You’ve given me loads of ideas and motivation to get stuff done. Kim is postpartum and washing her cabinets with wood cleaner? #1 what’s my excuse? #2 I’ve got to try that and wow did it work like magic! I’ve used it for my hardwood floors for years and it never crossed my mind! Floor cleaner for the cabinets forever! Side note- Meredith helping prep the fruit just warmed my heart. I adore watching those little moments.

you gotta try taking the kids strawberry picking after the strawberry festival when the fields open, we have always taken the whole family nieces and nephews included, it is fun, you pile your buckets to overflowing and still the same price. The kids take spray bottles and spray their berries before they eat them, they eat more than they pick I think, lol. great memories in the making we have done it for years and several generations. McIntosh off I-4 is the best place for picking fields.

Teriyaki beef we do it also. We call sparkling cider kid wine. We talk to our children about when they are grown you need to use self control when drinking. The first time we did it we gave them one small cup. The next occasion we let them drink as much as they wanted and they got sick, lesson was learned with something not harmful and safely but they got the point that real alcohol not only would make them sick in excess they might do something silly they wouldn't want mommy/ daddy to know about. You're a great person and mom they'll be great well adjusted adults one day😍

Hey Kim, I started watching your video’s roughly a year ago. When KZfaq recommended them over the festive period. Firstly I thought wow this woman is crazy, seriously I can’t watch her, because she literally is saying things that I either think of or actually not scared to say out load”. However I have thoroughly enjoyed you being so relatable, honest, hilarious and just crazy. We all need crazy in are lives. Also for the past couple of years I have been ill and have had a few surgeries and waiting for hopefully the last one. I thank you from the bottom of my heart because you genuinely have given me something to look forward to every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. So from a fairly new follower thank you and if I could give anything to you I would cook you lots of food as I am from a Asian background and the one thing we show our appreciation from is food. 35:26 one trick I learned when making this kind of salsa is to chop the onions first and put the lime juice on them while you prep everything else…. It really makes a difference! Love your videos Kim!

Hi Kim, I love watching Meredith helping you out. I also got sick on Jan 1st! It bummed me out as well. Then my sciatica went out! Here I am falling apart exactly when I was so excited to get my life together. Hey, I wanted to give you a little tip that I do with the canned chicken. take the older onion and chop them and put in a zip bag and stick them in the freezer. Onion, bell peppers and celery. i don't do fresh anymore. When they are on sale buy, chop and freeze. Just grab and hand full and through them in, they cook the same as fresh.

I love your videos! Up early this morning before my hubby and kiddos. Your videos are the best way to start my day. My 12 year old twin girls love hearing your videos, especially when you refer to Taylor Swift (every girls hero). My girls refer to you as "the funny lady." You're hilarious. Stick your lime in microwave 10 to 15 seconds and then cut and squeeze. Juices come out so much easier. Always enjoy your videos. Happy New Year!
