Which is a reason why the psf is so cheap because Malaysia ultimately still considerably third world country in the actual world stand you try staying in sg than a day or two in Johor you get mine meaning those still prefer Johor that is obviously Low standard rm people because cannot afford sgd much but what you pay for is exactly what you get.

You pay what you get is Not applicable to every case. We bought 3 villas with swimming pool in johore and bought 4 cars in johor... In singapore you only pay for the paper to own the car and hardly can afford villas. How does this equate to you pay what you get??????

Our fam rr ghost and mine gallardo can actually renew the coe it's as good as long term even in third world Malaysia country big sizes so needed four cars to cover entire country so the ratio 1 to 4 justified here SG our rows of assets accumulated from the 90s in prime location area here each is around 7m sgd out of the quite a few more.. Villas we can't fetch better return plus mine fam is only heir

Hong Kong is the same thing that's y the better ones is still sg if you can truly afford it so much safer to park our capital here than Malaysia if you are truly worthy

These bobby how much rm only you know in sg even mine one toilet is worth 500k sgd 1.5m rm.. so obviously I can’t expect third world cheap rm house like these to compare…. If this is truly better something much be wrong somewhere.
