Hello, brother. What do you think about Devon's Pronation Lift? I already watched ur high belt pronation video. Would it better if I don't put around my thumb and put around my wrist, just like you showed in Devon's lift?

There isn't that much difference if you do the Devon lift the way Devon instructes it to be done, which is so that your wrist is bend back a little, instead of curcled in. As shown in this video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/o8ilnLNlyLO7g3U.html In my personal opinion, the wrist wrap is better because it doesn't even make ceathing the movement possible. Like curling the wrist in with the Devon wrap is almost a subconsious movement, so doing the Devon lift requires extra focus and will power regarding the keeping the wrist angle straight or lightly bend back. So all in all - if you can and are willing to control the wrist, then there isn't that much difference which one you choose. On the other hand, if you have hard time detecting your wrist position and controlling its angle, then wrapping around the wrist might be smarter. I personally just wrap around the wrist, since that way there is just one less variable I need to worry about when tracking my progress.
