I waited a long time to revisit the newly remodeled rooms at The Rio, despite being asked frequently to check one out and review it. I booked three rooms of different types so i could show them all, excited anout the opportunity to hype up positive progress. This is not what I wanted to find and because of history of sharing negative things about Rio, I almost didn’t post. Another creator basically said I had to, otherwise the whole series is inauthentic. I am rooting for The Rio. This isnt a rogue bug or a “gotcha” moment. This is a gross oversight in sanitation and cleanliness. It doesn’t mean you should avoid staying here, but you should check your room closely. This is my series where I book a standard room at every hotel in Las Vegas and show you everything you need to know. I’m inspecting mattresses, cleanliness, looking for bed bugs, testing water pressure and smells. No influencer trickery or arranged visits, this is a look at what you can expect at each resort.
