Stacie Sanderford said she is lucky her condo has a pool following cancellations at her gym’s pool, but for many others across the Las Vegas valley new rules might close their preferred aquatic exercise spot.

I used to be a lifeguard on the strip and was paid $12 an hour. This shortage might bring me out of retirement as long as I can charge $50 an hour lol

Let adults sign a waiver if they want to swim at their own risk. Tired of being babysat by the gov.

8 News, finish the story. Who is responsible for the Health District? Fire them and replace them with rational people. What makes gym pools more dangerous than apartment and residential. I'm old and like the exercise I can get without hurting joints.

Allow the gym to at least have 3 feet pool so people can cool off after exercise.

24 hr. Fitness pool and sauna has been closed since 4/20. No answers what is going on. I have my own pool but since sauna is in pool area it can’t be used. Ridiculous. For 20+ years it wasn’t a problem. Next life guards outside of the showers. After that life guards required at home pools. Why aren’t the reporters asking health department WHY the change?

I go to that exact EOS location and they confirmed the pool is closed permanently 🙄 this is the dumbest thing ever. We all sign waivers. We know the risks.
