Your taste is on point with the fragrances dude. I HIGHLY recommend folks buy either Jazz Club by Maison Margiela or Bronze, Wood & Leather by Jo Malone. I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely incredible fragrances especially for the fall and winter.

For Cologne, Bulgari Men’s Blu is my go to, it has a nice masculine smell, which is something most colognes today lack as they tend to lean more on the sweet perfume side, or too dead animal musky.
