Towards the end of the season we had a water restriction. I will only water my containers, vegetable garden and any newly planted plants. I am a strong believer in right plant right spot. Normally Minnesota gets enough rainfall, but the last 3 years we have had very dry summers. Maybe this year will be back to normal. Thanks for watching.

I lost the tag for that variety and I don't remember what it is called. I had done a video where I knew the variety, but I can't remember which one that was. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. It is very resistant to powdery mildew. Thanks for watching.

That tree is over 10 years old and has only put on 3 feet of height since I have been growing it. It was around 3 feet tall when I bought it, so I am sure it is close to 20 years old. It is a super slow grower, so I will see how it does next year. The lack of rain is taking its toll on everything in my gardens, but this is now going on the 4th year of very little rain during the growing season.

@@floralnhardy7332 I'm in a bit of drought here in Tampa too. Today it was 97 degrees and I haven't had any rain in nearly 2 weeks.

This year, they get at least 8 hours of sun. I had more shade last year and they got between 4-6 hours of sun and still flowered beautifully. Thanks for watching.

I really enjoyed the tour through your beautiful flower vegetable garden. I planted some flowers from seed in my garden but we had a very cool spring and very dry in May. Then in June lots of rain and finally the seeds germinated. Finally everything is sprouting.

Snakes are not a huge issue in Minnesota. The only ones I see are Garter snakes and they are good for rodent control.
