I'm from California and its ruffly almost 4am and I've been watching Laura in the kitchen for almost 2-3years and not once has it every occurred to me to watch episode 1! And we'll here I am!! This is so amazing!!!!!! I could literally cry!

As weird as it seems, what leade me to Laura In The Kitchen three years ago was.. of all things... The Assassin's Creed 2 game. I was so into AC2 that I began to take interest in everything Italian. History, and food. :) That's when I stumbled upon Laura, as well as YellowSaphron. :)

Seriously I'm following all of your videos and whenever I want to make a italian recipe I ALWAYS use your recipes because they taste beautiful and are authentic with improvements! I love that every step is displayed and clearly explained also entertaining to watch you cook! Unlike some other videos... the recipes are easy and deliciouse! I made the eggplant parmezan recipe and my friends loved it and I couldn't believe something that good came outta my hands!

i think adding some balsamic vinegar to this is essential, the vinegar really compliments the other flavours and brings a wonderful sharpness.
