Thanks for watching our fun home video everybody! This was Arnie's FIRST TIME EVER icing a cake professionally. Can you BELIEVE we had been married almost 9 years and I'd NEVER taught him how to ice a cake? It was high time! LOL! I was SHOCKED that he even agreed to learn! He did absolutely AMAZING and I was SO PROUD of him! It took a lot of patience from BOTH of us, but he NAILED it! He gets a little sloppy at the end with his so-called "apron technique". Haha! Don't worry friends! This cake was NOT for a customer. This was just a practice cake and he actually ate most of it over the coming week. Geeesh!!! LOL! Oh boy! I've been baking as a hobby for 8 years, and still can't get it perfect. Tried different techniques and every time I feel very uncomfortable. Good job, man! lol

I'm missing a part I guess he was working on the cake upside down and you frosted the top before he turned it upside down to start frosting with the keyboard on top as I see it I hope this makes sense I know confusing do you have a full video from start to finish?
