Hey guys!! I have just been FEELING Fall so I wanted to take a look at my makeup collection and get some grunge inspo! It was super fun shopping my stash and getting excited about the makeup I already have in my collection! I loved picking out a grunge palette from every occasion (...also did you see what I did there with 13 ;p) and hope this will inspire you to look at what you have and create some fun seasonal looks! One of the last good things I got from Ipsy was the Nomad Cosmetics Berlin Underground palette. I really like it for grungy looks. It is by no means a dupe for the Alter Ego Goddess one but it's got a similar feel to it, in my opinion.

I think I'm the only person in the world who still uses this palette, but I really like the Lorac x Pirates of the Caribbean collab for a cool-toned fall grunge look. I'm 90% sure it only works for pale skin though, which is lame.

About a month ago I got the Berlin Underground palette from Nomad Cosmetics on sale and I'm really enjoying it. It doesn't have too many mattes, so I made a tiny companion palette to go with it with some Sydney Grace singles I have. I really love their formula. You don't need a glitter glue at all and there is no fallout. I've been thinking about getting the Artemis palette. I have many of those colors already but I love that Alter Ego has magnetic pans. I got one of those $2 Extra Large Makeup Forever palettes from Sephora and I mix eyeshadows from Alter Ego palettes I already own to make new color stories. The $2 extra large palette can fit 8 Alter Ego shadows so its perfect. I love when palettes have magnetic pans because I always rearrange my palettes in a way that makes more sense to me. I really love the color story of the Nomad Palette from Juvia's Place. It is so grungy but I find the mattes kinda dry and their shimmers have tons of fallout. Maybe I should pull it out and play with it again. Grungy palettes are definitely my favorite!

Not grungy and doesn’t have any duochromes but this just got the BH cosmetics Trendy in Tokyo pallet. It’s a rainbow one but Wasabi which is a green shimmer and Kyoto which is a deep matte purple create like a perfect Halloween eye look. I didn’t have any “colorful” pallettes so I’m happy I picked it up bc I can create any costume look with the colors.

I recently bought the Oiija pallet from the indie brand Killer Queens and oh my god it’s like the best grungy glam pallet I’ve ever bought. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’d never ordered from them before but I honestly really love it. It’s spooky themed for Halloween and the colors are great. There’s this bright yet grungy yellow shimmer that is the most unique and stunning shade. Usually yellows kind of look gold when on the eye, but not this one. Would highly recommend for an amazing and different grungy look. I made one of my favorite looks ever with it a few days ago.

My go-tos for fall are arcana by shroud cosmetics, safari raine palette by coloured raine, good sport by colourpop and of course subculture. I love grungy and jewel-toned shadows and I will probably try some palettes from your collection too

Hey, to get rid of hard pan just take some Scotch tape and place it on top of the pan and pull it off and repeat as necessary with a new piece of tape each time to get rid of all the hard pan spot. It's magic

I thought the odens eye was colourpop California love. 😍 the Jackie pallete, my all time favorite. The karity come as you are palette is a nice grungy alternative and not too spendy. The melt cosmetics impulsive palette is also awesome for grunge
