I'm surprised that no one asked why employees don't have the right to "just go out and file your own lawsuit against an employer to make conditions better", especially when it comes to grey areas like minimum standards versus reasonable accommodations. This is an area where none of the administrations be it OSHA, CDC, DHHS, WHO will take responsibility in ensuring what employers do what is right.
