I beat my addiction by taking two shots one a month for two months of suboxon, ( they told me I would need three shots total ) I did it with two and I’m fine and I struggled with addiction for 20 years . Now cigarettes are next . If your in or near Pennsylvania I can get you a place to stay .

If I may; my father raised each of his 11 children to understand and apply self-hypnosis, for me that was 6 plus decades ago. He would caution us saying; as you seek outside influence (professional hypnotherapist) listen to the Voice...it must embrace you. You, young Lady, have one of those voices. I dont know if it's because im exhausted from work, or exhausted because I have pmdd, but I've listened to this at bedtimes 2 days in a row and I dream of my Granny that has passed away, and we have a great time. She's younger, and so fun. Not sure if it's because the video because I can't get through it without falling to sleep(which is a good thing in my book) .. Just thought I'd share. I miss her so much

I know the feeling. I've had a few dreams recently with my grandmother in them and she passed a few years ago. I lived in her house till I was about 7 so I was closer to her than any of my other grandparents and I miss her all the time. I dont think she's really been in any of my dreams before so it is kind of nice to see her and see her happy, not sick!

When I entered into the hypnotic state and climbed into the soft mattress, I just went into bliss and cried for the sake of love and tenderness. The rest of the hypnosis journey continued that way and when I opened the box, an unexplainable amount of energy poured out of it with vibrating love and creativity. Thank you! I just got quiet and still asked God for guidance and a message. What works for me 100% ....We misunderstood the law of attraction. If you are a positive person you attract negative ...in science positive repels positive ...positive attracts negative (like magnet). So if you are happy, kind, joy and successful then you attract a person who is sad, unkind, unsuccessful who is in need of your help. Thats is the law of attraction. If you are rich you attract people who are in need. As long you share your blessings then the universe will continually bless you with abundance of wealth but if you don't share the universe stop the blessing.

This was calming and lovely, I tended to balk at the idea of being hypnotized but I REALLY want my old self back so I feel I gave it a good shot. My imaging center flickered back on the images were clearer and I listened. I wouldn't say I was fully under but I was open and I love that. I came across your material in 2017 when I first felt my life's energy was in need of a "Spring clean" but I didn't understand everything clearly. Now I know it doesn't necessarily work on the first go and revisiting a process is good and okay. Much like an engine sometimes you have to turn the key a few times before the engine starts. You know what is amazing?!? I started my spiritual awakening a little more than two years ago. I was getting 11:11 everyday but it was so frequent that I told myself well now I’m just programmed to receive this. Anyway this went on for months and it stopped because I stopped listening to everything I was hearing and stopped believing. I tend to do them yoga Nidra style - I’ll drift off to a hypnogogic state at the beginning and wake up after without much awareness of the meditation, or do you recommend we stay totally awake and seated upright instead? Thank you!

No expert. Do what you think will work best for you. Try both?This isnt work. The objective is to relax make the visualizations as natural to you as possible. To be able to accept it. Just my 2 cents. Take care.
