Case digests are an essential part of the study of the law in the Philippines. Walang law student ang nagiging abogado nang hindi nakakapag-digest kahit isang kaso. Over the course of your law school career, you will be asked to read anywhere between 600 to 1400 cases. Your job is to conquer them all.
Here are the three kinds of case digests you’ll need in law school, their functions and the precise steps you'll need to write them.

before po ako nag i-study video nyo po pinapanuod ko at during break time po ng study session ko. may magic po talaga mga salita nyo, kahit wala akong gana mag aral at minsan nawawalan ng gana, pagnapanuod ko isa sa mga vids nyo ginaganhan talaga ako mag aral at minsan narin naiyak sa mga advices and prayers nyo. Hi, Agape! Subukan mo lang. :) Try taking the PhiLSAT first. Pareho lang tayo, natatakot din ako pero mas nakakalungkot na mag-look back years from now at sabihin sa sarili mo na "sana pala sinubukan ko." Malay mo kaya mo naman pala talaga. :)

I hope you've picked up one or two things in this video. If there's one thing you should take away from this, it's that you have to write the arguments of both parties in your digest. Happy to help, kapatid. The most often template you'll use is the baby digest or the digests for classroom use. File them properly because you'll need them on your 4th year and once more, during the bar.

Before entering law school, I said to myself, what is so difficult in digesting a case. You just make a summary of it by stating the facts and issue and then the decision of SC.
