Suspicious Calls Allegedly Link Charlie Adelson to Hitmen in FSU Professor Murder Trial

In the midst of the ongoing hitman conspiracy murder trial, the jury was presented with wiretapped conversations between the accused killer mastermind, Charlie Adelson, and his former girlfriend, Katherine Magbanua. The calls include heated exchanges with two of the three accused hitmen, Katherine Magbanua and Sigfrado Garcia. In the calls, Adelson and Magbanua allegedly speak in code regarding the murder. Investigators believe Adelson wanted Markel killed, who was his former brother-in-law, as a brutal custody battle between Markel and his sister unfolded.

It is repugnant listening to these creeps, walking around free, after having so coldly, casually, murdered a man, for no OTHER reason than he wanted to keep his children close to him. Repugnant, and I'm glad Magbanua ended up with life in prison instead of taking the plea deal. Cold. Insinuating themselves into a murder, for money.

There is another Adelson, Robert Adelson, who is the brother of Charlie and Wendi and who knows firsthand how controlling Donna Adelson is given she broke up his marriage. Robert has been estranged from the family and is probably watching the trial and patiently waiting for the truth to finally come out.

They are using code to discuss an undercover FBI tactic in which an agent went undercover and contacted the mother of the male in an extortion attempt. So they are trying to real estate terms to discuss the extortion attempt. Allusions to "false advertising" and "false lead" are code for "this guy who is trying to extort your mom is an undercover cop". Also...."I asked some ppl for their advice" is code for "I asked the person we hired to commit the murder if he was behind the extortion" and "they told me it wasn't worth the investment" (code for "don't pay the money to the extortionist....they might be a cop".

I learned a lot about her methods of operation over time . First I felt kind of pity for her and after hours of her wire taps and her talking in court …. Nah… she knew exactly what she was doing , her hustle was to make a buck wherever she could and her greedy lying self got played right back … and she could have walked free …. But held on … for what I have no clue … I’m sure for more promises of $$$$ or that they would get her the best lawyers plus more money if they had to

The other brother who is a MD did the right thing left with his wife to live in NY and never came back disowned his parents good for him. Donna hated her daughter in law also, as he did with Professor Dan Markel. RIP My condolences to Mrs. Ruth Markel and I'm so sorry for the two son, noty only they their father was murdered but she changed their last name and wrote a book and around the Adelson what a tradegy for these young children. She only cared about her and not her sons.

Call revealed Wendi has been nervous from day one of the murder If Wendi had no knowledge of the supposed original extortion, as she claims, then why,in 2016 are Donna and Charlie discussing why it's best to not upset Wendi by telling her about the bump? Wendi drove to the crime scene, and then lied about it,saying she didn't turn onto trescott because she saw crime tape blocking it off ...when she would have had to travel almost a mile down Trescott, which is a curvy, canopied treed road, to be able to see the crime tape/road block . Wendi will b propped indicted imo
