Hello sir My granny has self occupied property, She made a registered will to grandson in 2004, Later she made same property as gift deed to her daughter in Jan 2021, But granny didn't gave any information about will and she didn't cancelled the registered will, Now granny is no more. As per law which document has power whether the will or gift deed???
