Laying the Foundation for our NEW Manufactured Home!

Күн бұрынWe are setting a new double wide into a hillside on a concrete foundation. This is a walkthrough of rebar placement and form work for the concrete runners prior to my rebar inspection. Once the county signs off on my rebar I can pour the concrete footings and begin building the cmu block walls.

@@workinonitsteve doing well. Had a good Christmas and New Year’s. Had 11 days straight off over the holidays. Got a lot of projects done but already tired of the cold and rainy weather. Looking forward to spring.

@@backyardcountrylivin1514 sounds great, I’m also ready for a break in the weather. Been unusually warm wet winter so far. Supposed to get cold and snow next week finally. Can’t wait for spring. You had any snow yet?

@@workinonitsteve no snow, just rain, rain, rain. Seems like it’s almost every weekend. We’re lucky to get a few inches of snow over a winter if any at all.

Possibly, I thought about that when I built this but didn’t have one. Pretty similar but this is pretty beefy.
