It was clear from the start he is a scam. When you hear someone calling himsef, a good person, a hard-working person, most of the times he is a lying scam. The most annoying is that he even mentioned his dead girlfriend to make the judge feel sorry for him. That's the most disgusting of all.

The defendant was in way over his head. Way over his head. If her driveway is 200 yards, and the entire thing looked like the pictures, it will be thousands of dollars to get that repaired and sealed, and I don't think that a respective driveway professional would recommend anything less than tearing it up and repaving it.
