Where can I find those brackets to screw the antenna to the plate?

It is not screwed...it has webbing loops to secure it.

@@Icom_UK It's using what is referred to in other Icom materials as a 'nylon saddle' that's screwed in to the holes on the plate on the side. The webbing loops are to the sides of that plate. I don't see a way to use them to hold a Comet HFJ-350M as used in the video. You can see the saddle and screws at 1:45 in the video. I've been unable to find where to purchase them, so had to 3D print some on my own.
