To answer the dude saying steroids aren’t bad, my sisters husband has a friend who did steroids in his 20s and recently died of a heat attack in his late 20s

He probably did no cardio, ate like shit, had a congenital heart condition, binge ate, abused the fuck out steroids for years rather than using them responsibly or intelligently, did nothing to mitigate high blood pressure like take an ARB inhibitor… maybe drank too? Taking mild to moderate doses of anabolics along with a healthy lifestyle isn’t anymore inherently dangerous than having a few drinks a week. It’s thousands of times more common to die young from heart disease related to a sedentary lifestyle and the standard American diet than it is for a steroid user to die in his early 20s directly from steroid use (and not say diuretics or thermogenic fat burners)
