I made my own yamaha exciter engine from 1 cylinder to 2 cylinders to increase the sound and speed, unique, I have experienced the long distance battle, it is great, the stability and smoothness on the roads I go.

I have the same bike same model. I upgraded it, change to big connection rods paired with cylinder head bigvalves + plus a 65mm bore kit. That makes the bike up to 195cc😅😅😅. The talent of this guy is just amazing.👍👍

Why did you setup the crankshaft with both cylinders at TDC at the same time instead of the more traditional timing of the pistons being 180 degrees out from each other? Are you gonna fire them at the same time for one big bang or fire them 360 degrees apart? I dig your work. I’ve been building and racing motorcycles for 30 years and just in the past few have compiled enough machinery like mill and lathe and bandsaws so I can do my own machining. I am looking for some cheap engines around here to do a “Frankenstein” build with similar to the ones you do! 👍🏻

hearing from the sound it is 360 degree apart. It does sounds cool like a big bike but i don't think setup like this will make it feels smooth since it moves up and down at the same time.
