Hey, no worries, I'll gladly explain things to you :). When you take drakes changes from match to match. You mostly wanna take them in the early game either if: 1. The enemy jungler is toplane, and has no way of answering you in time. 2. Your Midlane and Botlane are winning, and the enemies cant walk towards it. 3. Your Team is stronger (either because of gold/exp/ or champion advantage) 4. Someone on their team is dead. I will make a dedicated guide about this in the future. Decisionmaking is called "Macro" and is the main reason for a win or a loss in LoL. I'll try to upload it after the video im making RN on runes, so maybe in 1-2 months time. Hope my comment helped you already though :)

Yes :). But keep in mind that only one Team needs to have 4 in total. Meaning, that at max, there are gonna be 7 normal dragons in a game before the elder dragon spawns. (or someone gets soul)

Thanks :), glad you liked it. Someone else already mentioned the word mixup under one of my other videos. Since then, I have learned from my mistake and corrected it in future videos. I live in Germany so theres bound to be some mistakes with my english. Apologies.

Alright well, heres a short and long version :P. Short version: Cloud is weaker than other drakes, as drakes act as a late game win condition. And in late game, effects dont matter as much as raw stats do. Out of combat movementspeed allows you to (technically [Check Long version] ) play the map faster, yes, but its not worth it in a teamfight, which lets face it, is basically league after the 30 min mark. Long Version: Cloud drake has some uses, and statistically has the highest winrate out of all in high elo. This is however misleading. Teams that usually do cloud drake just do it because theres nothing better to do. They've already won laning phase, and the enemy team just sorta mentally ffed and drops free stuff. Thats sadly very common in dia+. (you've probably experienced it yourself as a plat player ngl) Cloud drake suffers from the fact, that its just very champ dependent. Plus, its uses are macro related. Youre never ever going to have a solo queue game, where every single player knows what they need to do. Communication is hard, as 70% of the playerbase is delusional and wont listen. Plus, tbh, the tempo from base and rotations is sorta misleading. With ocean or mountain, you dont have to base as often, as youre gonna be taking less damage or healing it back up faster. With Hextech or Infernal, you clear waves faster, and can rotate earlier, as the wave is pushed in quicker. With Chemtech.... well thats another story. It atleast does decently in teamfights compared to Cloud drake and tenacity is kinda op tbh. As you can see, being faster does not mean that the game is necessarily faster.
