The problem is that Aaron has to prove damages. Whoever had business with Aaron would believe Stephanie? If you could find one, you might have a chance. However, in SPTV, people either believe one side or the other, never both, especially between Aaron and Stephanie.

He can't. It's not in his nature. He was a big wig in COS; in control of a lot of things. And he was a big part of Leah's show after he was out. An important guy.... with an important narrative for the masses.... respected. He is accustomed to controlling a narrative, being respected, and being large and in charge. Regarding the confidentiality of the bar complaint: If the person who filed it is the one who "leaked" that it was filed, then there's no wrongdoing. It's only the GOVERNMENT that is required to maintain the confidentiality of complaints under investigation. There's no legal requirement for complainants to stay silent.

Her legal team knows full well that you don't come to court w dirty hands when she started the fair game tactics. She loses credibility. It's sad because they got to her and I don't think her mental health is being taken care of or whether folks are even recognizing it when folks start to meltdown. When the M R stuff came out and she grabbed her pearls and then bit back. Ya come to court w the clean hands doctrine in mind she acted as she's accusing scientology, she acted in the same way and the lawyers dropped her like a hot potato cuz they know and she's not a great witness anymore.

Coming to court with clean hands is only applicable in equity. As far as I'm aware, what she was suing for has nothing to do with equity and her not having clean hands wouldn't matter. What does matter is her potentially lying to her lawyers about what was going on and once they realised what was really going on, they saw no prospects of her winning and dropped her as a result.

But her change in behavior and her engaging in fair game made her that much more to be taken as a public figure and to the parody type of who'd believe it, It's sad and definitely past time to pay attention to your surroundings folks they believe they've been doing it a billion years when they run out of members for awhile they'll knock up the kids for the next generation and in this country we all saw the Waco debacles and awful ends the Kool aid brings, the state will wait before they break it up wo knowledge that they can win and it not be easily shot down like Leah's case became.

Stephanie is unhinged. I know you said you’re not as concerned about getting a restraining order since she lives in another state but it wouldn’t hurt to get one anyway. Her obsession with you is extremely concerning. Just be really careful please. Unhinged people like her can’t be trusted and can become really unpredictable. She’s probably just going to keep spiraling into her delusions and she has Mike, Leah and other people feeding her delusions and gassing her up. And if I were you I would report any harassment and unhinged behavior directed towards you so there is a clear paper trail documented in case you ever need it. I just want you and your family to be as safe as possible because she truly is unhinged and she’s not gonna stop on her own.

It makes me so mad when people in this community focus on interpersonal drama and conflicts instead of the shared goal of taking down Scientology, almost like they're being led by a man whose whole job was to destroy people's lives. Sollicitor-Client Privilege belongs to the client. The Jane Does could share info all day long if they wanted. At most, the Attorney may refuse to represent a client that talks too much because the client makes it impossible to be effective.

Even if the Jane Doe did break attorney client confidentiality, as the client, she has the right to tell anyone she chooses about what she and her attorneys have discussed. She isn’t bound by that confidentiality rule, her attorneys are.

For a while now I have been convinced no one will successfully sue David Miscavige directly and SCN as a whole will not fall as a result of past abuses. My glimmer of hope was Leah's lawsuit but if what you are saying is correct and she could be discredited in court because of what she knew about the Child USA board member then my guess is she won't want to continue with it now. Gutted to hear about the stay. Tragic and frustrating development for all victims of SCN.

He breaks things down where those of us do not understand that “cult” (That is just my opinion) I really love watching his channel. He is the person on that “team”, that ever held my attention. And the way they booted him out really triggered me, his videos make me wonder why they did that to him in the way they did. It all sounds VERY SCIENTOLOGIST. Doesn’t it? I don’t watch the others I only watch his channel and Down the Rabbit Hole now. I like her as well.

I’m so confused… How/Why/On what grounds did your name even come into this story?? Everyone truly involved in this court filing is clear and very much just legal matters and common in law suits.
