Bass guitar fretboard - An easy start to learning to find the notes.
There are a number of approaches to learning the bass guitar fretboard that suit different players. This one is best for people who visualize patterns. The fret markers can seem to be pretty useless but this exercise uses fret markers to give you a solid basis by linking a pattern of fret markers to the C major scale. What's more this method also aligns with the pattern of white notes on the piano keyboard so that adds another dimension to the visualization.
