Learn how to make a simple delicious baked vegetarian blueberry cheesecake using easily available ingredients
Eggless and no gelatine. Great for vegetarians.
In this video, we first show you how to prepare your tin using foil and butter paper. We then prepare our biscuit base and show you how to roast the crushed biscuits. Refrigerate the biscuit base for a while Meanwhile, we prepare our cream cheese batter and it is as simple as it looks. Once you beat this, pour it into the tin which is kept in a aluminium tray along with a water bath. We then bake this in a preheated oven for about 40 mins at 150 degrees. Once baked keep in fridge overnight for it to set. Remove the tin and then pour your desired fruit filling on top and any garnish as you like. Your baked cheesecake is ready!! Be careful you may eat the whole cake yourself it's that yummy!!!
Always keep it refrigerated.
Ingredients:
Digestive Biscuit - 160 gms
Butter 25 gms
Cream Cheese - 1 packet (approx 225g)
Flour - 20gms
Powdered Sugar - 75 gms
Double Cream - 100ml
Any fruit filling

@@nishaverma1013 the same way she did. The only problem is, once it's done, it's a bit difficult to cut a piece and take it out. Other than that, the result is the same.

Nidhi Pithia use Amul cream or any other brand cream available .. Don't use homemade cream

Wow, the cake looks mouth watering and tempting. I mean it's so nice to see the ingredients are all natural in all your videos Manju ji. The quality benchmarks are always met. At time stamp 1:05 it was evident why no plastic gloves were used while attempting to grease the tin. I mean everything is expressed with all your heart and with utter simplicity. Must acknowledge i got the idea from "The Terrace kitchen's" no bake cheese cake video - 1st I took a large vessel, added salt to it, placed a stand & pre heated it for 10 mins on medium flame. Then for the water bath used an 8 inch baking tin, placed my 6 inch tin in which the batter was prepared and slowly started pouring water half the way in the 8 inch baking pan & kept it on the stand. Allowed the cake to bake for 35 mins on medium flame while checking the cake in between. Hope this helps.

Ma'am can I substitute double cream with heavy cream? I live in Mumbai and never saw any particular brand selling double cream in the dairy section of malls.

Thanku No it’s already made compote We buy 5kg tins I think mothers pride is available in the supermarkets You can also use jam just thin it out a bit with some water

Yes you have to cover the base with foil or the water will get inside.

Yes u can use Amul cream I used Philadelphia but u can use Delecta it has improved
