Sir the standard to check mosfet weather its is 8 or 3 terminal is through diode mode because is has diode inside and not through buzzer or continuity?

Right, But in multimeters, the diode and continuity option are in the same position. The buzzer (or Continuity) lets us know if the diode (or MOSFET) is shorted or not.

If there’s no continuity on the path does it mean one of the components are blown

Yes if that components have low resistance like a fuse ( Depending on the type of the components )
