So, unintended consequence: you know that thing people do where they mash random letters on the keyboard to show their incoherence? Someone in my Twitter feed did that and I had to stare at it for several seconds because at a glance it looked to me like they'd typed in Russian! Then I recognized it was just random gibberish and felt like an idiot.

Can you explain how я как makes sense? (That's all I can read) Isn't that just "I how"
@ivaneresko4416
@ivaneresko4416 5 жыл бұрын
@@self-prodigytheory4035 let me explain. You don't use Я как as I how, you can use it when you compare yourself with somebody or something: Я как волк - голодный каждый день. I am like a wolf - I am hungry every day. Or you can insert an adjective between Я and как -> Я голодный как волк - I am as hungry as a wolf. If you say just Я как волк (I am like a wolf) then people will wait for you to continue your expression, because this short version (I am like a wolf) implies that you want to tell a particular thing that unites you and a wolf.
