The elbow lever is a very easy static Calisthenics move where you balance your whole bodyweight on your arms. In this tutorial I will teach you how to do the elbow lever in 3 simple steps.
As a great planche prerequisite and addition to your workout, the elbow lever targets your core, abs and arms, and requires nothing but a bit of body tension and balance. It is definitely easier than it look and everybody can learn this Calisthenics move.
The goal is to hold the elbow lever for 3-5 seconds after this tutorial. Warm up your body and especially your wrists before you start. Learn the elbow lever fast and simple in just 1 day! Enjoy.

Edit: Forgot I put this comment lol Ive learned how to do this like after the day of this comment lol, but the way you do it is you have to learn forward as much as you can and you'll start lifting off the ground

I'm 13 and this tutorial is very informative! after watching this 2 months ago i was able to hold a 2 handed elbow lever for 6 seconds now i can do this for a minute. This is also very helpful for the 1 hand elbow lever, I can hold it for only 13 seconds (i know it's not much)

OK.... OK.... that Victor head slowly lowering from the top of the screen was GENIUS! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I usually hate these "you can learn this in a day" videos. But this time you were right. I was able to hold for at least 5 seconds pretty consistently in one day. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

If it's too hard try picking ur legs up without them being straight. It's alright if they're bent a little
