Thanks for the presentation. ** One thing I noticed in your video, your feet turn completely sideways on your SUCCESSFUL kip up. But, your practice, kips your feet go straight forward. ## I am going to begin on my Bed; slamming my feet and Back on the ground will be less painful on my Bed. Question : Can you perform a kip up on a Bed ?

On days where the complexity of my mind makes it feel like everything has spiraled, the simplicity of these work outs makes me feel solid. I have fun playing around doing my own thing during the rests too. Thank you!

Maybe someone else asked this already, but whats the trick in alternating between advanced and other frog without picking up your whole lower body or jumping? With either shorts or athletic pants, my knees drag the skin on my arms and is kinda painful. Do you pick legs up one by one like walking, slide, or is there something else I'm missing with the back/core??? Awesome video i took so many notes lol

Hi, just to confirm, the shoulder blades need to be pulling together retracting during the front lever? What about back lever?

Really like the tutorial! Good breakdown and progressions/regressions plus presentation comes across light. Thx! Ever thought of forging full blown courses (like, say, breakdance moves 1)?

Quite the nice tutorial! This won't work for me within a week but it's a nice breakdown and has good progression. Hope you keep it up

Hi, this is my first day trying to do straddle. I've already done frog pose and crane for more than 10 seconds but I can do tuck planche for 6-7 seconds; however, I cannot lift my legs up for advanced tuck planche. Should I keep on doing tuck planche to get more comfortable with it and try other exercises like pike push-up or planche leans etc. to be able to progress towards advanced tuck planche? Thank you.

I think it's best to add variations at this step. You will make progress faster in my opinion instead of hanging onto one move/step. All the best, Viktor

i cant believe it ive never actually done any bit of planche before with my feet off the ground but this tutorial was easy enough to follow, i tried leaning into the frog position and it actually worked and i can actually hold off the ground for a few seconds already- cant wait to get into this (after my wrists feel better, i kinda slipped and landed a bit odd but P R O G R E S S)
