Whoa. That looks amazing and I'm a meat eater. I bet it tastes incredible. More veggie dishes, please....especially during summer. I did not know that you can pell a bell pepper when it's raw....I always learn something new with Chef Majk.

Hey chef İ'm thinkingn of serve my girlfriend a rolled chicken breast with spinach and cheese and also I thought serve this chicken with tahini sauce which is garlic and loemon juice and with purslane leaves. What do you think?

Tatar, tataren- it’s from ethnic group, it was meat ground during horse riding, kept in special bags between the horse and the tatars rider it’s so annoying! Tartare is hell in greek mithology
