The amazing thing back the is the connection between the driver and the car. Because you have to advance the timing and manually control everything it really lets you know what the car is doing. You were also much more responsible for maintaining the car much more.

Wrong! spark advance is supposed to be all the way up when you first start! Then your supposed to quickly bring it down like 3 or 4 ticks like the guy said..... (or maybe something is wrong with his) Listening to that guy just made driving the Model T more confusing sounding then it is.... The showing of the inside of the transmission was new and interesting to me tho!

Great and informative video! I would recommend switching from battery to magneto though by turning the key quickly to the right after the car starts and runs for 20-30 seconds.

According to that Australian T-Model Channel (Mitch Taylor) after Engine Start you switch the Key from Ignition Coils (Left) to Magnetoes (Right).

its not that complex to drive, you have a forward pedal and a reverse pedal and the lever is for park, neutral and second gear. you control the throttle with your hand like a tractor.
