INGREDIENTS
2 cans (250ml) all purpose cream (or heavy cream / chilled overnight)
1 can (390g) condensed milk (chilled overnight)
2 packs graham crackers
6 pcs. medium leche flan (recipe here: / 440564916513148 )
PROCEDURE
1. Whip all purpose cream until double in volume. Then add condensed milk and whip until well-blended. Set aside.
2. Arrange a layer of graham cracker in a container. Then put a layer of whipped cream. Spread. Then put another layer of graham crackers. Repeat procedure until you have 3 layers of graham.
3. Scrape the side of leche flan and overturn on the top of the layered graham. Then put whipped cream to fill the side of the leche flan.
4. Chill at least 4 hours or until serving.
